Once submitted please allow for 24 hours for your pass to be generated and emailed to your email address provided below. 

Terms and Conditions 

• Seniors Week Free Pass ("Pass") is single use for Gym Entry, Pool Entry or Group Fitness Class (subject to availability) only
• One pass per person, 55 years and above registrants only. 
• The pass is non-transferable, proof of identity and age required to redeem, 
• Pass valid for Gym entry, Pool Entry or Group Fitness Class between Sunday 9 November - Sunday 16 November 2025, no rainchecks or suspensions.
• Forms must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to redemption
• Standard conditions of entry apply
