Junior Lifeguard Club

This program continues with the Royal Lifesaving WA levels 10 - Bronze Medallion and incorporates, lifesaving skills, games, stroke development, CPR and competition skills.

In this program your swimmer will increase their knowledge and ability in all swimming strokes and lifesaving knowledge whilst surrounding them with leadership and teamwork opportunities.

The Junior Lifeguard Program provides your swimmer with the knowledge and skills to pursue further opportunities within the aquatic industry in the future if that is the pathway they desire. This includes all skills required in their bronze medallion which they can be assessed for in this program when they turn 14 years old or in in the calendar year they turn 14. This qualification opens up employment opportunities such as lifeguarding and swim teaching the knowledge is a prerequisite to these courses.

As this stage has prerequisite skills, if your child has not had an assessment and been instructed to move to this stage or if you are a new student from another swim school please book a free new student assessment.
