Our term-based programs are designed for parents and children to get active, connect, and have fun, all while improving health and fitness.
We have multiple sessions available on Mondays or Fridays, tailored to suit the age of your children.
Individual’s needs and fitness levels are catered for.
Come and exercise with your bub (10wk–9mo bubs) and be excited at the improvements each week.
