Senior fitness

Leisurelife senior sessions are designed specifically for mature adults (over 50s).

Sessions may include:

  • use of cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes and cross trainers)
  • hand-eye coordination work with basketballs
  • balance
  • abdominal work with fit balls, and floor work
  • always finishing up with a cooldown and stretching

Senior Circuit are included in the All Access and Gym Essential Memberships.
