Pools and Aquatic Facilites
Aqualife has a combination of indoor and outdoor lap pools, a hydrotherapy pool, kids leisure pool, steam room and spa all of which are heated all year round.
These pools are used for everything from an infants first underwater adventure to your local schools swimming carnival and the much loved aqua aerobics classes.
So whether your looking to sit back and relax or fit in a few laps during your lunch break we've got just the pool for you.
Access ramps to the 25m pool, spa and Program pool as we well a hoist for transfer into aquatic wheelchair all available. Along with family and disabled change rooms.
Watch Around Water
Children under five years must be accompanied into the centre by a responsible adult over 16 years of age and supervised within arm’s reach at all times.
Children under 13 years must be accompanied into the centre by a responsible adult over 16 years and supervised at all times.
Watch Around Water is an important industry-driven program that contributes significantly to ensuring the safety and reducing risk at our public swimming pools.
Outdoor 50m pool
Heated to 27 degrees, and a depth ranging from 1.4m to 2m, the outdoor pool can be configured as either eight x 50m lanes or 16 x 25m lanes. A submersible swim wall is raised to create 25m lanes for specific programming flexibility.

Outdoor 50m pool availability
Indoor 25m pool
The 25m lap pool is an indoor pool used for beginner lap swimming, walking, aqua classes and swimming lessons. The lap pool has six lanes with a depth of 1.2m and heated to 28 degrees.

Indoor leisure pool
For younger members of the family, the leisure pool is a perfect area for kids to splash and have fun.
The leisure pool is heated to 30 degrees with a beach entry for easy access and some curious looking dinosaurs roaming the waters edge.
Program pool
The Program pool is heated to a warm 34 degrees, and is used for swimming lessons, hydrotherapy and gentle exercise. It features poolside changing rooms, showers and a convenient entry ramp.
This pool is primarily designed for water based therapy/rehabilitation/infant water awareness. It is also used for Aqualife Swim Classes. During swimming lessons the program/hydro pool is not available.
Unless engaged in water based therapy or rehabilitation, children up to the age of 16 are not permitted in the program pool.

Spa and steam room
What better way to finish off your swim than with a relaxing spa and steam room visit.
The spa is heated to 36 degrees.
