Leisurelife offers a variety of sporting activities to keep your physical and social fitness up to scratch!
Weekly adult sports competitions include:

How does team grading work?
While all matches are considered part of the regular season in terms of competition points, grading may take place during the first four weeks of competition.
Teams will then be graded accordingly into the appropriate divisions for the remainder of the season.
Any team that has been regraded into a new division will receive the average competition points.
