Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that’s practiced while seated or using a chair for support.  Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone with mobility limitations, this class focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and balance, all from the comfort of a chair.  

With guided breathing and mindful movement, enjoy gentle yoga moves in a seated position with Doreen Rowley to reduce stress, increase circulation, and promote overall well-being.

No experience needed, just a willingness to move and feel good!
