Debit Success Scheduled Maintenance

On Sunday 19 April, from 12:00am to 11:59pm (AEST), our payment processing provider, Debit Success, will be undertaking a planned upgrade as part of a migration to the Microsoft Azure VMware Solution (AVS). This enhancement is aimed at improving system resilience, security, and overall performance.

During this maintenance window, all Debit Success services will be unavailable.

What this means for you:

·         Paid class bookings via the online Customer Portal will be unavailable

·         Purchases via the Customer Portal cannot be completed

·         Updating payment details/ finance info via the Customer Portal will not be possible

·         Outstanding balances cannot be paid during this time

Service impact:

·         New direct debit memberships cannot be set up

·         Changes to existing direct debit arrangements cannot be processed

·         Payments using saved payment details will not be available

In centre payments for casual entries, group fitness bookings and court hire will remain unaffected.

All services will resume as normal on Monday 20 April.
