Our Swim School is proud to announce that we received a Highly Commended recognition in the Swim School of the Year category at the prestigious Leisure Institute of Western Australia (LIWA) Awards.
This achievement places our swim school among the leading aquatic education providers in Western Australia and reflects the dedication, expertise and passion of our entire team. Competing against some of the state's strongest swim schools and receiving a Highly Commended award is a significant accomplishment and recognition of the quality programs and experiences we provide to our community.
The award acknowledges the outstanding work of our swimming teachers who consistently strive to deliver safe, engaging and effective swimming lessons that help participants develop essential water safety and swimming skills.
Swim School Coordinator Jonathan Neen said the recognition belongs to every member of the team.
"Receiving a Highly Commended recognition in the Swim School of the Year category is an incredible achievement. This award reflects the hard work, commitment and professionalism of our swimming teachers and support staff. Every day they make a positive impact on the lives of our students and families, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved."
Adding to the celebrations, our very own Helen Harris presented at the conference on Inclusive Practices in Swim Schools. Her presentation showcased the importance of creating welcoming and accessible aquatic environments where all individuals can participate, learn and thrive.
The swim school would like to thank all staff, students and families for their ongoing support and contribution to this achievement.
