Read for Resilience

Monday 13th April 2026
(Multiple Dates Between Monday 13th April 2026 & Monday 30th November 2026)

Mondays | Monthly $3 per session

Read for Resilience is a gentle, literature-centred practice for contemplation, consideration, and connection.

Each session will encourage self-reflection, philosophical discussion, and a deeper connection with texts, short stories, and poems as they are read aloud, as well as mindful practices, meditations, and activities which invite you to pause, listen, and grow.

Woven with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to connection, Read for Resilience offers a welcoming space to explore literature as a pathway to personal growth and shared understanding. Whether you come seeking solace, inspiration, or simply a moment of quiet reflection, you are warmly invited to join us.

Bookings are essential and can be made online, in person or over the phone.
