At Leisurelife and Aqualife, we have a group fitness class to suit everyone. Check out the list below.

LesMills BODYATTACK 

55-minute high-energy workout catering for total beginners to total addicts. Build stamina with sports-inspired moves, improve coordination and burn up to 730 calories. 

LesMills BODYBALANCE

55-minute yoga-based class which includes elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Strengthen your entire body and leave feeling calm and centered. Bring your own yoga mat.

LesMills BODYCOMBAT

55-minute high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. 

LesMills BODYJAM

The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance.  An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.

LesMills BODYPUMP

55-minute workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, burn up to 590 calories. Shape, tone, increase core strength and improve bone health. 

LesMills BODYSTEP

55-minute full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP. Burn up to 620 calories and leave buzzing with satisfaction.

LesMills CORE

30-minute workout designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core.  Improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

LesMills TONE

45-minute mix of functional training and tubular exercises helping you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

LesMills SH'BAM

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout.  SH'BAM is an ego-free zone - no dance experience required. 

LesMills RPM

An indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories and get fit fast. Improve aerobic fitness and tone and shape your legs. 

POWER CIRCUIT/HIT

55-minute workout based on high-intensity interval training. It alternates a dynamic strength move along with a high-intensity power move, so you work your entire body and get your heart rate up to burn more calories. Workouts include shuttle runs, tractor tyres and stationed reps.

YOGA

55-minute class suitable for all fitness levels. Lengthen your body, flow with the breath and create core strength in every move.  Enlighten your body and mind. Bring your own yoga mat.

PILATES MAT

45-minute class that uses various small Pilates equipment.  The class involves both beginner and intermediate exercises, and all fitness levels are encouraged to participate.

HIIT/BOX 45

45-minute non - contact high intensity boxing-for-fitness class. Designed to improve fitness, speed, strength and muscle conditioning. No boxing experience necessary.

AQUA FIT

Suitable for all levels of fitness and ages. Cardio and conditioning workout performed in water to support the body and provide resistance.

DEEP WATER AQUA

Suitable for all levels of fitness and ages and beneficial to people recovering from injuries. Workout in deep water aided by buoyancy equipment.

AQUA RESISTANCE

Combines exercise band and water resistance exercise into one effective workout.

Conditions of Entry

Group fitness class bookings

Members are encouraged to book in via our online portal prior to the class to ensure they don’t miss out.

  1. Log into the Customer Portal and enter in your details and click “Login”, or "Signup" if you don't have a customer profile.
  2. Hover your mouse over “Online Bookings” then click on the location of session you wish to book.
  3. Select the class you would like to book or use the filter to search for the classes at the times your looking for. The filter is to the left of the list of classes on a desktop computer or select the filter icon in the top right corner on mobile devices.
  4. Find the day you would like to attend and then click on “Book Now”.
  5. Follow the prompts and once your order is placed you will find your booking in the Schedule tab under the My Info page.
